* The product may be returned or replaced within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used at all and is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components or attachments, with the customer bearing the shipping and packaging costs in the event of unpacking (the value is determined according to the product).

* Products may be returned or replaced if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the website or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced.

* The product may not be returned or replaced in the event of defects resulting from misuse.

* Bedrooms, dining rooms and their components and all products whose components are installed or products manufactured specifically upon the customer’s request, for example, but not limited to (kitchens, curtains, beds, squats and mattresses) are not returned and are replaced only in cases of manufacturing defects that cannot be treated and maintained according to the report submitted by the quality department, which is issued within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the returned product from the customer.
