* The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the quality inspection of the returned product and its acceptance. The quality inspection process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by Menon Furniture Company. After the inspection process is completed, the customer is notified via email, text message or phone call of the inspection result.
* The amounts paid are refunded in the same payment method: in cash in the case of cash payment or to the bank account in the case of bank transfer.
* In the case of cash purchase, the amount paid is refunded within two working days of issuing the product inspection report.
* In the case of purchasing by Visa, the amount paid is refunded within 14 working days of issuing the product inspection report through bank transfer to the customer’s account.
* In the event of cancellation of orders paid by different credit cards without any reason or defects or negligence in performing the service, 2% of the total order value is deducted and the customer has no right to object to this.
