* The order delivery address must be clear.

* Menon Furniture Company is responsible for delivering the product to the customer’s home up to a maximum of the fourth floor, in conditions suitable for lifting and with wide corridors and stairs suitable for lifting to ensure the safety of the product.

* In the event that these conditions are not available or the floors are increased above the fourth floor, the customer must provide a special crane to lift the goods at his personal expense, and the company’s responsibility is limited only to delivering the product in factory condition to the customer, with the possibility of the company contributing to providing the crane without any technical or financial responsibility, regardless of the circumstances.
